Breakdown or damage to your vehicle is always annoying. If it is possible for us, as a company, to help you, we will certainly do so.

If we cannot help you, such as outside opening hours or force majeure, we advise you to take out a roadside assistance subscription.

A breakdown assistance subscription is offered by various companies, including the ANWB.

There are different categories of roadside assistance subscriptions. This is clearly indicated for a moped or scooter.

But for covered scooters you need to take out a car subscription. This applies to the Nelo 4.1, Innercity and Motion Mirage, among others.
