Request a mobility scooter from your municipality
You can apply for a mobility scooter at the municipality via WMO/PGB. WMO stands for the Social Support Act. This is a law that provides help and support to those who qualify. The law is intended for people who need help at home, or help to continue participating in society. That is why in some cases you are entitled to compensation when you apply for a scooter. The reimbursement is called Personal Budget (PGB).
